Our COVID-19 Protocol
We here at Dave Burns Plumbing are taking as many precautions as we can to ensure the safety and well-being of both clients and employees. We practice the recommended COVID-19 Protocol.
EMPLOYEES
Computers and printers have been installed in our service trucks to eliminate the need to come into the central office or interact with the other plumbers. We also have a strict “Flu Symptoms? Stay Home” policy, as well as a requirement that employees get tested when their doctors authorize We have asked all employees to avoid any gatherings and practice “social distancing”.
CUSTOMERS
When booking a job we ask our customers if they are showing any flu-like symptoms. If so we’ll elect to postpone a service call until they are cleared by their doctor. The owner and other master plumbers will be available to “talk people through” emergencies as needed over the telephone.
We are taking these precautionary measures to help stop the spread of this pandemic here at the Dave Burns Plumbing Family and our customers’ families.
